DESCRIPTION
Whilst we make every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly due to picture quality.
QUALITY
All our seeds are selected and batch tested by us to ensure high germination, quality and purity although this does not guarantee success.
We promise to supply seed in prime condition. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please advise us by email or in writing within 14 days - this allows a replacement to be sent promptly to ensure you still have time to achieve total satisfaction from your purchases. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your seed germination, please notify us within 30 days of the prescribed germination time (on our online How to Grow page) enclosing the packet.
In exceptional circumstances, we will issue replacement seed. Our liability is restricted to the value of the goods ordered. We cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over- or under-watering, or which have not been cared for according to the easy-to-follow instructions on our web site.
AVAILABILITY
Products and seeds are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will substitute with seed of equal colour and quality or we will contact you.
PRICING
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto our web pages. However, Eagle Sweet Peas reserve the right to change prices at any time.
DELIVERY
Orders received during September to April will be despatched within 5 working days. Orders received during May to August may be delayed due to the showing season and will be despatched at our earliest convenience. If there is to be any delay in shipping you will be contacted by e.mail.
